Topic: Urgent: Helpdesk malfunctional
Our helpdesk has been stopped accepting new tickets since the last upgrade of the SPBAS system (v1.9) on Feb 1. If you have submitted tickets on or after Feb 1, there is a very big change that we have not been able to read them.
We have contacted the software vendor and the issue has been fixed now. You will see your tickets in the helpdesk now. It may take a few days for us to go through each of the tickets one by one.
